CXM Direct Login & Client Area
You sign in to CXM Direct through the client area, then connect MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 with the same trading account number, password and CXM Direct server.

- Open the CXM Direct client-area login page.
- Enter your registered email and password.
- Complete two-factor authentication if you have enabled it.
- Open MT4 or MT5 using your trading account number, password and the CXM Direct server shown in your account details.
Security & password reset
If you forget your password, use the 'Forgot password' link on the login page to reset it by email. Keep your client-area and trading-account credentials separate and enable two-factor authentication where available.
